WHY TRAIN WITH M.A.D

The M.A.D gym program has been developed and tested by Motocross riders from its inception. Constantly evolving to keep pace with the progressing demands new generation Dirtbikes and racing put on the body. A structured program targeting Functional Strength, Core strength, Muscular Endurance, Cardio and Flexibility ensures our Athletes are ready on race day.

PERSONAL TRAINING

In person with trainer Joe Stevens at our PT studio located in the South East near the Mornington Peninsula. Train alongside other pro racers on our motocross specific training program.

We handle your training routine, rest and recovery schedule so you can focus on what is important! Racing and winning!  The Online service is the most efficient way to manage our riders who live in different states and regions, who want access to one of the most reputable Training programs in the sport today.

TYPES OF PROGRAMS TO CHOOSE FROM

JUNIOR – A program Custom made to your junior riders fitness needs ranging from ages 12 to 15.

 

WEEKEND WARRIOR – A program custom made for riders age 15+ who race/ride on the weekends with limited training time during the week.

 

PRO – A program custom made for riders 15+ who need to be ready for competitive racing at local or national level.
